Has anyone had problems with general pain and burning in their feet, especially during the night? I have been experiencing this for a year or so, but it's starting to feel worse lately. Perhaps my arches are starting to go. Does anyone use those special sports insoles for arch support? If so, are they any good? The pain sometimes extends up the lower part of the shins as well. When I Googled it, it sounded suspiciously like tarsal tunnel syndrome. |
