Hi everyone, so ever since I was in junior high I've been trying to become fit. And I've been sometimes a bit successful, sometimes not so successful - I find that when I start to lose confidence in myself in other areas of my life I start to fall through on everything else in my life, especially my eating habits, also. Any advice to sticking with the eating habits / exercise through emotional challenges? I was thinking of getting a weight loss coach to help me stay the path... if you know of anyone, then please let me know. |
