Has anyone had to deal with I.T. Band tightening, or Runners' knee? I had it strike in college while running XC a few years ago. I know it never fully loosens and you will feel it from time to time again. I've begun training again after perhaps a two year hiatus and i feel it hurting me now and again. I know this is typical as i've felt it ever since but I still am in fear of it actually tightening. What are some different ways people have dealt with this problem, types of stretches, etc.?
