Smile Raw Food Drinks

What may you drink when you're on a raw food diet?

I usually drink water, fresh juices, and smoothies. I'm not as thirsty when eating raw though. I don't need to drink as much liquid since I eat a lot of water-rich foods.

Same here. I drink only water, but not much. A few glasses a day, a bit more when the weather is really hot.

Lots of fresh orange juices, apple juices and sometimes throw a pear in.
It's cold where I am so I also put ginger in with my carrot juices.
