No, they are not fattening. You have my expressed permission to eat bananas and mangoes as much as you want. Now go forth and eat! Seriously, they're fine. Just eat lots of raw vegetables, too. If you're worried about sugar, make green smoothies with bananas, mangoes, and spinach or kale. |

Confucius say - Everything in moderation If you eat 7400 bananas in a day everyday for several months, I'd hazard at a guess that you'd put on weight from that. Eating several a day wouldn't do anything since they are fruit and also good for you |
