Cool Good stuff to put in a blender?

I'm looking for some stuff to put in my new blender.
So far I've mixed banana, strawberry, peanut butter and chocolate protein powder which tasted great.

Here are some ideas I've come up with but I don't know if they will taste good;

-Cheerios, strawberry yogurt, red kidney beans
-Tomatoes, celery, red kidney beans

Do you have any other recipes, especially that will go well with chocolate protein powder.

Also something that could be quick and easy to make for breakfast.
I wonder also if putting raw eggs white to be a good idea?

My favorite is simple

1 cup of Soy milk or water
1 scoop whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter

Add ice if desired, blend for 30 seconds. Yum, I could live on it.

Great post idea by the way!

When I blend stuff I go all raw only unless I add protein powder.

One cool mix I love is half a pineapple, 2 bananas, and a couple cashews or walnuts (6-8 walnuts or the equivalent mass of cashews).

Super smooth, ultra sweet, and a great medium for any green I want to blend up. I often add spinach or kale (raw) to this mix. You can hardly taste it with this sweet mix and it's an awesome way to get tons of nutrients, energy, a full stomach, and taste all in one go!

Another awesome mix is 4 mangoes and 4 bananas.

Wow that sounds awesome! I'm trying it. I never thought of mixing some green in there.

I also like mixing yogurt, whey protein and frozen blueberries, though any frozen fruit will do.

I don't like soy or anything - when it comes to my fruit, I like it unmixed and totally raw.

But whatever you like. I recommend blending nuts if you like the soy taste.

1 cup cashews to 5 cups water. 6 cups if you want a thin-milk consistency, 4 cups if you want a creamy milkshake texture. Cashews are the lightest nut I've had, so they blend well with other stuff. Probably better than soy for you.

I love frozen strawberries, blueberries, and bananas.

Off-topic but with a title of 'good stuff to put in a blender': Will It Blend? | Presented By Blendtec

Blend at your own risk.

And I was going to post that, too.

OP, Anything healthy can be blended together. Who's to say it has to be sweet to be enjoyed? Change your definition of what 'should' taste good and just experiment.

In fact, try to go against your fears and blend two things that you know may taste really weird or gross like Avocados and Pineapple. Add a bit of liquid (rice/soy/cow/goat/human? milk, water, juice, egg, etc) to make it smooth and chug it down.

You never know, your experiment could always turn out great. Then you can patent it and sell your recipe to a smoothie company.

Default Sauce.

Blenders aren't just for making protein shakes and smoothies. Don't forget about all the delicious sauces you can make to dress up your lean chicken or other protein:

Chimichurri, pesto, aioli, salsa, all of these can be made with healthy fats and veggies to add a whole new dimension to your lean meats or sandwiches. If you've never made sauces at home you'll be surprised at how good they taste compared to the cheap overprocessed and preserved crap you get from the supermarket or at a restaurant.

Try a pan-cooked skirt steak with chimichurri dressing or a thick chicken breast with pesto.

Look up the recipes online from classier magazines such as Food & Wine.

Almonds and Walnuts. They're very good for you.

I get mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries) and mix that with yogurt, it's delicious. And like Fullcrum, I sometimes add spinach in there too. You definitely cant taste it and it's really good for you.

Guys;

Any ideas what are the best masks for greens? I mean the fruit where you can put the least amount and add the most greens without a great impact to taste.

Just as some examples I've found, bananas, mangoes, and pineapples work really well. So do ginger and lemons and limes.

I think the key is citrus flavors, but I still want your opinions!~

My favorite:
Frozen Strawberries
Frozen peaches
Frozen blueberries
Baby Spinach Leaves
Oatmeal
Frozen brocoli (small amount)
Chocolate whey protein powder
Cherry flavored Psyllium Husk Fiber
Yogurt
SuperGreens

I don't add my almonds to the shake. I like to eat them along with the smoothie. It gives me the nice chewing satisfaction.

I love making smoothies. My smoothie recipe is actually very simple. It consists of frozen strawberries, yogurt, and juice. Putting in too many different kinds of berries actually makes it taste bad.
