| After posting at a tread here, I got aware of some behavior towards healthy eating. I always try to eat what is good for me and I know that in some unforeseen states, I wander of this path. To me, I'm happy, that I'm aware of my eating even if I indulge in less so good food. I also created some escapes like -ordering in a veggie sandwich when I'm in need of carbs. -A big pot of nice honey, if the sweet tooth starts arguing with me. -Chocolate, the ultimate dark ones, 89% cacao, if I'm not mistaken some percentages. So I wonder, what do you have as healthy escapes in difficult times?

| Hi Kazeko, Fast reply of you! Maybe I put it unclear. What do you do when you feel you are creaving for less healthy snacks? In a moment of procastination on your healthy believes what do you do? When you feel you need sugar NOW! When you feel you can find 10.000 reasons that that hamburger is your lifesaver. What do you do? What are your healthier alternatives?
