Default my personal diet

I call my diet clothing. I wear more of it. I wear black clothes that absorb heat. Energy lost sucks. I don't like to lose my energy. I usually lose it in the form of heat escaping my body. My head? I wear a hat. My body? a sweater.

I wear long johns under my pants. I wear wool socks. I wear multiple sweaters. I stay warmer. Need less body fat. Started this last may, now, december, i've gone from 65 56 kg (155 to 135 lb, but the metric system somehow makes more sense) . How do wrestlers lose weight? they wear multiple layers. sweats. I still exercise (college student, I constantly ride my bike around campus and the surrounding neighborhood)... and I walk a ton. took one of those pedithings... said i walked about 4.1E3 steps today(rounded because perceived inaccuracy). my footfalls are about one meter. hmm... not an insignificant distance traveled.

Also in my diet, fishsticks + ketchup, tuna + crackers (branded ritz) + cheese + pickles + mustard + mayo, mmm del. peanutbutter and jelly is great too.

Need an idea? want to look at something in a different way? want people to look at a different way? I can embed ideas. ritz you interested? maybe heinz ketsup. What is money other than social leverage?

you sound like you're on drugs.

you dont produce heat and then "absorb" it back into your body. If anything wearing excess clothes is making you lug around more weight, burning more calories, but unless you are wearing a snowsuit everyday, i dont think that that is very possible.

i might be wrong, but i think that your body would try to produce less heat (burn less calories) if you are wearing so many layers

i may also be wrong but you seem to have pretty long steps. and 4100 steps is, in fact, not a lot at all. 10,000, i believe, is the recommendation.

Think about global warming. Earth is getting warmer because its insulating layer (the atmosphere) is getting thicker. The result? The dirt under our feet is warmer than it used to be. Check out phonons.
