Default All-in-one balance?

Here is an interesting topic for discussion: My observations have taught me that there is a precious, all-inclusive balance within ourselves. Our intellectual (being emotional, spiritual, i.e. everything you can't see) and physical status effects everything else. Lack of a intellectual well-being can lead to physical dependencies and vise-versa: someone who's been physically tormented can suffer from numerous intellectual disabilities.

Beyond this, I also see that people naturally settle into a pattern. While the activities we conduct on a daily basis may vary, we generally live in a pattern. This pattern is, in essence, a direct effect of our 'balance,' and as such, trying to change the pattern directly conflicts with the balance.

Just a little thought, and a brief overview. Thoughts? Opinions? Agree or disagree?
