| I have decided that it is time to improve the tendonitis that has been bothering me for 9 years. My plan is to work on this through stretching, exercise, posture, and affirmations. I have noticed that climbing/hanging/monkey bars seem to be effective exercises, while stretches in which the wrist is pressed gently backwards seem to target the tightness. I can feel the tightness/pain all the way from the base of my neck, through the shoulder (the shoulder muscle is always very tight/locked-up), down my upper arm, a nice circle of pain around the inner elbow, and all the way down the forearm. It is not painful constantly, but if I bring my awareness to that area I can always feel the tension. Anyone else have/had tendonitis? What stretches and exercises do you/did you find effective for relieving the condition?
