| If I make smoothies with flouridated water, does it kill the nutrients in the smoothie? Will it have a negative effect? Should I have a filter or distilled water instead? |
| |||
| Just a guess, but I wouldn't think the flouride would have any different effects than normal mixing it into a smoothie.

| Well, sorry Matt, not looking for guesses here. Also, I'm aware that the way it enters the smoothie is not the issue - I'm curious as to the negative effects of its inclusion. |

| Well, sorry Dave, but judging from how far your post had fallen down the list, I felt that a guess was all you were going to get, so I posted something to move it back TTT. ;-)

| Well with further research I've found using it any medium is a poor choice. I've just gotta buy a filter or something ASAP! They say it blocks enzymes in the thyroid gland - that can't be helping me to lose what's left of my gut! |
