As long as you're happy with the way you are functioning, and the fewer hours of sleep aren't causing any major health problems, I say don't worry about it. In fact, I've read that insomnia is often caused by people trying to sleep too long during the night when they don't really need to. ~Jm4362 |

purpleflower, I can sympathize with your experience a little, though both of mine were sleeping through the night at about 2. Nonetheless, I'd go to bed later and get up earlier "knowing" that they'd wake up soon enough anyway....
