I'll throw out this goodie to anyone who has a SNACK habit! It is an amazingly wonderful use of one of the healthiest greens on earth. Rip up raw kale into little pieces in a bowl and then toss some salt in there. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil (not too much) and sprinkle it with the kale pieces. Bake on 350 for about 15 minutes, until crispy. Check occasionally because everyone's oven is different and baking a green is a bit delicate. Enjoy. You won't believe how delicious these chips are.
