| Does anyone know where the popular exercise forums are? I been visiting a few but many seem to be very dead. Most postings are six months old or older or the busier ones I did find were not that busy. Any places I should check out? Thanks

| As said, Bodybuilding.com, as well as GetBig.com and FlexOnline.com have very popular bodybuilding forums. However, be warned - while there is some quality on there, typically, certainly in the case of GetBig.com, it's overwhelmed by the sheer volume of trolling, personal attacks and sheer nonsense. Don't get me wrong - some of that stuff is hilarious - but you need to wade through a lot of dross to find the gems, and they don't treat new people particularly well, certainly if you're lacking strong confidence. My personal pick would be BodybuildingDungeon.com, as it's far more mature: BodyBuilding Dungeon Alternatively try Dave Draper's site, as there's a strong community element there that is overlooked by Dave and again is for a maturer audience: Main Index - IronOnline Weight Training Forum Hope that helps. |
