Default Can you actually decrease testosterone?

I mean, I know it's good for you and everything, but then on certain occasions... well I just don't need it to be there.

Like when I go to bed late at night.

Or when I have to concentrate very hard on something important.

Bit of an annoyance, I gotta say. Quick fixes anyone?

Well yeah.

But also that crazy energizing effect it has when you just wanted to feel sleepy and doze off into wonderland or something.

Eat lots of licorice, don't sleep, get depressed and feel like **** about yourself. And don't eat any zinc ever. Should work.

When you're laying in bed so horny you can't sleep, it's probably a good time to masturbate and fall asleep- sex works even better, but I'm assuming that by laying there horny, you probably don't have anyone to do that with at the moment.

Really though, just masturbate a time or two and be done with it, it really isn't a good idea to go messing with your hormones- low test levels have their own set of problems as well.
