Hi everyone. This is a really great forum. I'm glad I found it. Perhaps I can thank everyone by guiding them to an article I wrote recently that I feel contains some great tips on starting an exercise program you can stick to. Many people start exercise programs all the time, but for some reason or other, they have trouble sticking to it. My article outlines many of the pitfalls people encounter when starting a new program as well as tips for avoiding them. Just to give you some background information. I'm a former amateur bodybuilder who took a break to rest my joints. The break ended up lasting nearly 15 years. Several times I started up again but had many setbacks. Now I'm back into it and well on my way toward my fitness goals. Please allow me to present to you the methods I used to help commit myself back to a life of good health and fitness. You can read my article at the link below. Thank you all.
