Congrats! I might have to have a look at this -- I've never heard of it before. Hope your next month is just as good!

That is Fantastic! Congratulations
I looked into it (website) but I don't think that there is a plan suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

I didn't do the website version; I did the in-person version where a guy worked with me to make an eating plan I could live with. The guy I worked with was a vegetarian, and he told me how he does that but I promptly forgot. The in-person program is more expensive than the on-line, though. You can contact him at: info@bodymakeovers.com -- his name is Dustin.

Thanks, Life! I completed my six week extreme period several weeks ago, and am now just on "maintenance" which for me is basically using the eating plan as my normal plan, but I have things that are off my list whenever I feel like it -- which is far less often than before! I seem to be losing weight in very small increments lately, and my fat percentage is going down. I really like this mode of eating -- it suits me very well.

Default Woohoo!

Congrats! It must feel great.

I did the program as a lacto-ovo vegetarian years ago.

Boy! Only egg whites and whey shakes as protein. I ate loads of grapefruit and egg whites! No carbs at all except oatmeal for breakfast.

Because I had a lot of weight to lose I was not on the maintenance program after 6 weeks, I had the right to eat one potatoe at lunch and that was it.

I do remember dropping weight really fast and having to buy clothes in smaller sizes every other week. I think I lost 18 pounds the first 3 weeks.

After that I reached a plateau where I was not losing at all, I didn't tell my trainer but I started stuffing my face one day per week or so, and it did the trick. I started to lose again.

All the best for you Angela, size 6 is wonderful! This is very inspiring!

Same thing happened to me! I stopped losing weight, and my trainer told me to eat LOTS more carbs -- and I immediately started losing weight again! Like magic. I'm in a size 4 now. Yay!

Yeah, I can see how this plan would be harder if you were not eating whole animal proteins. But my trainer assures me it can be done.

Default Great!

That's really an accomplisment!

It looks like your metabolism is changing gears and getting you to the next level of health.

I do remember this program revving up the metabolism like crazy.

You do lose fat and it shows in measurements and makes the body look completely tranformed.

Yes... clothes fit completely differently on me now, not just smaller sizes, but also a different silhouette.

It's so much fun now to have a scarf-out day -- you know, cheeseburger, fries, ice cream -- and my body just burns it up like *snap* that! I don't know if I'm just imagining it, but it feels like my body is running hotter.
