| Hi guys, Sometimes I need to pull 10 - 12 hour days during the week due to classes and work. I've noticed a huge difference in my sustenance this week when I packed raw organic veggies and all-natural foods to take with me. When I eat fast food or processed food, I crash much faster and feel exhausted by the time I'm finished with my day. I've also noticed a huge difference with my sleep. Eating a well-balanced meal the day before helps me get up much earlier without feeling drowsy. Even though I'm on a limited budget, buying natural food has been worth the extra investment in my health. I encourage anyone who is still consuming a lot of processed foods to try it for a week. |

"When I eat fast food or processed food, I crash much faster and feel exhausted by the time I'm finished with my day." While fast food and processed food are certainly bad for you, the crash is because of all of the sugar and simple carbs. There is fast food, junk food and processed food that is also low carb and won't cause a crash, not that I'd recommend eating it anyway.... As a student, what kind of meals do you find yourself cooking throughout the week. I'm in the same boat right now and I just recently made a pact to eat healthier and have been doing it successfully so far, but my variety of foods isn't as nice as I want it to be. I'm not a good vegeterian/vegan cook yet. Maybe I should take some classes or something? Anywhoo...what works for you. |

| Hi Dimitry. I'm still learning how to adapt a good diet to my busy schedule. There are loads of great veggie and vegan recipes online. Have you tried searching through some of them? They can sometimes help me plan a loose meal agenda for a coming week. As soon as things slow down in my life more, I'm seriously considering taking a few cooking classes |
