Default Itchy feeling during/after working out

A lot of times when I'm active, or when I work out or even when I'm under stress I get this really bad itchy feeling all over my body. I don't really understand it, does anyone know what's going on?
thanks

You may have something called dermatographia or an underlying allergic response to some of your own secretions.

Dermatographia is a condition where if you scratch yourself, your skin quickly creates a raised red patch where you scratched. You could literally write your name in letters with your nail and then look like you had a red raised tattoo of your name. The contact with clothing during a vigorous workout can create a body-wide activation of this. I used to have this but when I uncovered my food allergies and eliminated those foods, the dermatographia went away.

Some people are so sensitive, allergically, that they actually create antibodies to their own body fluids such as plasma.

I think your first step should be to see an allergist.

Thanks, I'm going to talk to my doctor about all this. I think I have sensitive allergies too.

I have the same problem. When I'm active and sweat I get red rashes on my chest like hives and also on my neck. It also happens when I take a shower.
