Default Yay! I'm getting the cpap machine!

I recently found out I have sleep apnea which could explain a great many challenges I've had to face in my life. I just got the results back from my night using the cpap machine (just over the nose, not the full mask) and I did great with it! They're going to call me within 8 days and set me up with my own machine. I can't wait to see what real sleep is like! I wonder how much different I'll act and think with real sleep. When I went in for the first test, I stopped breathing 22 times in 6 hours. Anyone know people who've gone through this? Does the mask help? Are their lives better?

That's great, Dannyboy! I wish you lots of good sleep with this thing! Was this covered under your insurance, or did you have to pay an arm and a leg for it? Keep us posted.

Default It's free for me.

But it would only have costed about $400 anyway. A small price to pay for real sleep!

Remember you were talking about making a difference for others who might be having similar problems but not even know it? Maybe you could use that $400 with that intention!

Default Just kidding.

That's not actually a bad idea. You're good, you.
