| I love couscous! And i have tried the whole wheat kind and i literally had to throw a lot of it out cuz it was so bad. I saw a thing on the internet the other day about 5 superfoods, they were ground flaxseed, acai berries, quinoa, pomegranate juice, and pistachios. They werent saying thats all you need to ever eat,but those are excellent foods you should have in your diet. |

| It should be pointed out that most animals, especially cats, have a much narrower diet than humans. Cat's are almost entirely carnivorous, so there's no rocket science involved in coming up with a formula that will provide them proper nutrition. Human diets are naturally much more varied, though, so there would be a lot more work involved in coming up with a really nutritionally complete food and, if someone were to do that, the result probably wouldn't be very appetizing.
