I'm looking for a book that has nice pictures of the exercises that can be done with free weight, and a description of what muscles it affects. It should be oriented toward relative newbie to free weights. I know you can view the same information via youtube and bb.com, however I can't take the internet with me to the weight lifting room. I'm basically interested in looking at diagrams while I'm there at the weightlifting room and I'm mainly interested in free weights. Anyone know of such a good book? |

Stephen - I'm halfway through reading that Hacker's diet book you linked to - I'm really enjoying it! Learning some stuff I had never known or realized. I like his method of measuring like an engineer, it appeals to the programmer in me. | |
