Congratulations on having found a practitioner and a treatment that's an improvement for you! I'd say that's all the information I would need.

Continue to "improve!"

I've had great experiences with homeopathic doctors. I think the main difference I like is that they focus on the cause (diet, exercise, lifestyle) of your illness rather than treating its symptons.

Thanks Jonathan and well being...I have noticed an improvement but it's very subtle....just wondering about aggrivations and healing crisis....I sometimes go through these dips where I feel bad then great then bad then great..etc....I heard that's normal through my doc but you have to wonder sometimes....could a healing crissi from a few doses actually keep you in a crisis dips for months??

Default My experience

I tried homeopathic remedies (from certified practitioners) twice. The first one was quite successful - I felt it worked well. The second one was not so effective. But I did get better 'vibes' form the first practitioner, so maybe it was something to do with that. I guess you need to experiment a bit, as with conventional medicine.

What are you treating with homeopathic medicine?

The only anecdote I have that's relevant is when I was in a car accident which totaled my car (drunk driver...grrr) and I went to a doctor only (per Dad's advice, gotta love practical Dad) to make my court case more plausible. Yes, I sued the guy. While I didn't get much more in compensation, I think he and his insurance company deserved it.

I had an intensely tense back afterwards. And a very mild concussion. But the doctor prescribed me muscle relaxers, which just helped momentarily and made me very, very depressed. At the time I was taking a psychic meditation class. I used the tools from my class to relax my back muscles, and it worked! I had stopped using the drugs because it was unbearable, and the meditation really got me over that. (I know we all have tense backs, but when you're in a car accident, your back tenses up and doesn't let go, so it's very annoying to live with.)

That's not really homeopathic, that's alternative, I guess, but having an open mind really helps.
