It all depends on your reason for going pesca, or for having gone vegetarian in the first place.

I went vegetarian because I am a psychic channel and an empath. I felt that my regular diet was holding me back in my spiritual development and that by following a diet with lighter energy I would, in return, have a lighter energy myself.

Turns out that I was right, but after 6 months I do still eat eggs and fish, while not eating any other meats or any kind of dairy.

What you need to feel lighter and healthier and live in line with your own conscience is different for everyone, based on your own spirit.

Do fish feel pain? Undoubtedly so. Do plants feel pain? Yes ,they do as well.

But what I myself have witnessed is that eating veggies, fish and eggs seem to have to no effect on the empathic side of me that was absorbing so much bad energy from the tortured meats that I was eating before.

I have given up fish and eggs for more than 30 days each to test this theory and I can say that, for some reason, the meat of the fish does not seem to hold negative energies the same way that other meats and dairy products do.

My advice would be to try anything that you are curious about for 30 days and see how it effects you. That is the only way to truly answer any questions that you have about what might be right or wrong for you.,

Blessings,

I'm a pesco-lacto-ovo Vegatarian, (wow that was long..).
For anti-cruelty reasons. I don't eat that much seafood anyway.
