Default Motion creates Emotion!

It's amazing how once we make a commitment to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle how the other areas of our lives start to improve also. I think our physical state is the common denominator. Making more money will not get me in better physical shape but getting fit can definately help me make more money. Comments?

Good post. I agree with your view. I think for a lot of us, it's tough to make that "commitment" because of the amount of work we'd have to put into it. People are always looking for that "quick health tip." That "easy fix."

I see it in the pharmacy all the time - "the miracle drug." But being healthy is about making that conscious decision to actually LIVE a healthier life - and you are correct, this will transfer to all other aspects, such as financial gain like you said.

Ya i do think so too. I started off with 3 times of exercise a week and now increased to 4 times a week. Have to squeeze time out for exercise but i always feel better after i have done it, despite my tight schedule.

For me, it helps me feel healthy. I really feel it. But i havent realise how this may spill over to other parts of my life yet... i will try take note
