I will be 62 in August and have lost 20 pounds in the last 12 weeks very easily with a regimen of aerobic training, diet, and weight training. I also sprinkled in a bunch of determination. I want to say to you seniors..."don't think it is too late." The human body is tremendously forgiving...it only requires a little belief on your part. Let's hear your senior success stories!
