This is the standard bodybuilder diet, which is marginally healthier than the standard american diet. Try Clarence Bass:♥ Bodybuilding & Fitness Home Page or ArthurDeVany.com for a diet that will build muscle without robbing you of your long-term health.

Can you really get through life eating like that? How long are you planning to eat these same unexciting foods day in day out? Do you ever go out to eat with friends? If you've done something similar before and enjoyed it, then it sounds good, but if you are used to deriving some joy from meals, you might find it dreadful. If you're willing to sacrifice that for bodily fitness, you'll probably do great. |

You are 25 and you live in Japan. How can you survive without a little sushi and some of that good beer? You can still eat healthy and workout but live a little also. You will only come this way once..

I am here for three years just moved here! And realized I needed to get in shape if I am gonna be able to keep up with the Japanese they walk everywhere and I decided to shape up.But you are correct I need to live a little and I have I had the Sapparo,Asahi, sake, and a few others that were so strong I dont remember what they were!HA!!The sushi I have had as well and fits perefectly into my diet as it is healthy full of nutrients. I plan on going to Mt. Fuji when It starts to warm up , I just thought It would be better for me to get into shape now than later and what a better place then in JAPAN!!Where you have to walk to the places you wanna go!!And there isnt a MC'DS on every streetcorner, but it is pretty popular here though!!As well as Denny's, KFC, and Wendy's!! But of couse I stay away from those places Im in Japan for crying out loud!!!Thanks for your reply and I wanted to thank you for reminding me you only live once live it to the fullest with no regrets!!!!THANKS!
