Exercise will make you tired for about the first week to first month. After that, it actually gives you an energy boost.

Zane, it might help if share some more detail. What level of fitness are you at right now? Are you overweight? Underweight? What are your fitness goals?

I would suggest walking for 20-30 minutes as a start if you are very out of shape. You could also do some bodyweight exercises like push-ups and squats.

Give us some more information so that we can help you better.

I agree that walking is a great start.

Can you get some exercise on your way to and from school? I used to cycle to school, and now cycle to work and back every day.

Let us know a bit more about you so we can offer more ideas!

Yeah, being tired from exercise is a temporary thing. It will actually increase your energy levels and make your days less tiring the more you exercise.

Take some time everyday to dedicate to stayin in good physical condition, like someone else said a simple 20-30 minutes a day will do wonders for you if you do it consistently.

Remember that nothing is more important in your life than to: Eat, Sleep and Exercise and do them all well. If you fail at one of those, everything else in your life suffers.

well, thanks for all advices. I'm not overweight, i think...i'm cool. i play sport a lot as my habbit, and i'm healthy, even called "monster" by my friends! and i'm so proud of it, and now i'm not having much time to keep those conditions, i think i just need to continue it, but if i spend that much of time on playing sport then i'll probably dont have time! i'll try walking and running... hope to see your advices.
