Ken, Tried and true advice The only thing I'd say is that you don't just want to eat "less" because you don't want to starve yourself. And also you can still eat "less" and not lose weight if you aren't getting your energy levels right. Also, you don't HAVE to exercise, but it helps speed along the process. Overall, eat less and exercise are two good starting points, but won't always give you results without some fine tuning. |
