Default Arthritis - Grape Seed Extract?

I've read that grape seed extract may help arthritis. Anyone have experience with this or other natural remedies for arthritis?

Default Arthritis and food

Hi!

I am also very interested in any advice on how to prevent or slow down the development of arthritis.

There is a history of arthritis in my family, and I believe I am likely to be affected myself. I am now 30 years old, and I can sometimes get pains in my hands. I usually get this when I have eaten red meat, or if I have eaten a lot of dairy products. In periods when I am very good with food (little or no dairy, no red meat, lots of fruits and greens etc) I never get these pains.

Does anyone have any dietary advice for me that are a little more scientifically founded than my personal experiences?

Best Regards,
Dag Joar

Default Uncaria tomentosa, cats claw

Hi!

Interesting what you write!

When I was looking for meds or substances to deal with polyarthritis - is that what you want to refer to btw? - I got to know uncaria tomentosa or cats claw which derives from South American rain forests. You can browse through the www to find out more. Both my parents report that it is doing good to them.

I would like to ask you for my part; if the following questions seem to be indescrete you do not have to answer but I would really appreciate you do, though. Namely, both my parents were struck by rheumatic polyarthritis by their age of appr. 47, almost synchronously. I am 28 now and luckily I do not feel anything in that direction but I am very cautious.

How are you related to the persons who suffer arthritis? When did they experience their first symptoms? How do they treat themself and did it help? What was their way of living before the experienced first symptoms?

Elmex
