I just started the cutting phase of the year long Men's Fitness program. I wanted to shred the small amount of body fat I had before going on a bulk phase. The hardest part is calorie restriction, specifically between 9:30 (after my mid-morning protein shake) and 12:30 (lunch) and at bedtime. I'll be on this program for 3 months and then I'll start bulking in mid-May. I'm debating whether I should post photos of my progress. It could help motivate others and keep me motivated to stick with it! What do you all think? |

definitely do photos. I don't know about you, but without photos I have almost no ability to gauge what my body looked like in the past. I can try and remember but really, if you want to be able to see the progress you make than you should do pictures every few weeks (or weekly) are you go along. it will both inspire and inform you of your success
