Because I take more than 10 pieces of supplemental goodies a day, I thought up a way to make it easier for myself to take them. I decided to prepare multiple daily doses of them in little plastic bags, then keep them in a dark box. I'd take one sack a day out the box and have them all ready to 'assimilate'. The only thing is that I'm thinking it may not be good to put these chemicals together in one baggy. Could they react with eachother? The caps and gelcaps im not concerned about for the obvious reason that they are 'insulated', but theres for example a mineral complex pill there thats solid along with a solid B complex and glucosamine. |
