| My right knee X-ray just showed the early changes of osteoarthritis. Can anyone suggest if I can exercise using my stationary bike ? Will it affect my knee adversely? What else can I do or shouldn't do to arrest the further development of osteoarthritis? I am VERY tense right now. I have a small daughter who is hyper active. I don't know how to keep up with her. |
