Hello my fellow forum members. I am very pleased to share with everyone here the launch of my newer website, which would be about healthy foods and proper dietary habits to keep ourselves healthy and disease free. I have kept it like a blog to make it more interactive with the readers. I have in-cooperated a team of 5 medical and health workers to update the posts and information on this very site.You can check various updated posts almost daily and even subscribe via rss to get newer posts delivered to your mail-box. Topics would be covered on almost all kinds of disease conditions and also on various diets and healthy foods. In our team, we have 2 members which would be posting about recipes also. You can always post comments to clarify your doubts or getting any specific information. I hope it would be beneficial for as many people as possible.
