ok,today is a very special day,I am tired of craving and gving in to the craving to sugar. so tomorrow is the first day of gving up sugar. what does sugar do to me? * zaps my energy * gives me headache * aggravates asthma * makes me put on weight hang on elasti....,lets cut to the chase...does sugar do anything good for you???NO!!!!not at all! whats the worse that can happen?cravings?ah amanda ,you gave up smoking,you can give up sugar,lets free us of this bad habit and replace it with a new one...drink water,sip it all evening,after 9,no food and certainly no sugar!!!! another good idea is to get lots more fruit in,all went a little wrong last week,we can start over again this week! and sugar makes me ill and yukky too,and gives me bad mood swings. ok,so my micro goal - give up sugar |
