A few months ago I managed to greatly reduce my coffee intake (from 8-10 cups daily to 2-3 cups per week) by switching to green tea. Unfortunately, this is also quite high in caffeine (at least the varieties I prefer), and upsets sleep when I have too much. Has anyone found any reasonable caffeine-free teas? By reasonable I mean tasty and lacking all things artificial. |
