Default digesting food

i've been having this problem for years, even when i eat healthy and don't eat too much, i "regurgitate" parcels of my recently eaten meal. what does this mean? i know it typically happens when i eat more than i have to, but still, it happens when i eat just a medium sized salad on an empty stomach. is it a signal to eat less? or to eat more slowly? don't want to get any more specific than that.

You have a loose valve between your stomach and esophagus. If you have this without heartburn, you are at less risk than if you have it with heartburn. Risk for esophageal damage and potential esophageal cancer.

You can see a doctor and there are drugs for this condition, surgery as well. The drug they recommended to me, Reglan, has a host of side effects I refused to deal with. Something about your eyes spinning around involuntarily. As if.

most doctors would probably tell you that you have acid reflux.

I used to have the same problem.... my doctor gave me some kind of liquid medicine to drink that supposedly coats the stomach... but I never tried it. oops.

I think I cured it myself by following the basic common-sense food combining techniques.
my meals are very simple. I eat in a certain order so that the food digests properly. and I chew slowwwly...which also helps.

good luck.
