Hi All, I have noticed something that I would like to share with this forum. There are certain periods in my life where I have been exercising on a consistent basis, not only that but exercising at a high level of intensity. Conversly there are times in my life where I stopped exercising. Over the years I might have exercised consistently for about a year then taken 6 months off. Apart from the obvious health benefits that I recieved when exercising I also have noticed that when I do exercise other areas of my life seem to improve as well. I have found not only did I feel better physically but all other areas of my life improved. Its like when I get into an exercise rountine automatically become a magnet for more positive and better things in my life. Conversly when I stop exercising not only do I feel worse but a become a magnet for less positive things. Has anyone else noticed this? Does anybody have any comments? Maybe it is because exercise releases endorphins which make me naturally feel better , I am automatically setting myself into a positive vibration and therefore attracting better things into my life. Who knows? But I do find it interesting that just by exercising i not only improve my health but actuall improve all areas of my life. Any comments would be appreciated. |

I find these exact same correlations, however I think they can be explained and are not just some Phenomenon. When you are working on a Fitness Regiment you are forced to be more disciplined. This planning and scheduling begins to leak into other facets of your life. Regular exercise, lifting, etc is known to cause endorphins and is a great stress reliever. Exercise and activity is directly related to good mental health --> and EVERYONE knows that the mind affects the body, ALOT. No wonder our bodies feel so good. |
