So I'm going around to some of my regular haunts and announcing this to the world. I've hear that letting people know helps you stick to new habits. I will be blogging my progress on the 80/10/10 raw vegan diet. Everyone wish me well! And I've heard all the criticisms of this diet, so feel free to post any advice but if it's "this diet is bad for you because x" I probably won't listen. I'll be blogging it at me new site. You totally have my support! I'm a raw foodist, though I don't try to follow the 80/10/10 rule, I probably stick roughly to that. If you need any help, drop me a line, or just some support.
