Hi elastigirl,
I was just wondering about the specifics of your juice fast. Ie: do you mean ONLY fruit or will you incorporate vegetable juice as well?

Anyways, goodluck!

Default day 2

day 2-wow was a challenge i can tell you, though no headaches, just this afternoon I went very cold and very tired.
i felt ok making dinner for my family, hunger struck this eveing after my huge energy burst!
i cleaned and decluttered 2 rooms, there was no stopping me!it was awesome.

had lots of satsuma's today.had some cherries too, they were delish!

i am doing this on a budget, but it seems to be working great.

i danced this morning and did callanetics,it felt great, exited to do more in the morning.

today i started reading ''end the struggle and dance with life''

i am sat here with slight cravings,bt no matter what happens I can handle it

Hmmm, so you're having 100% fruit with no vegetables at all? What is your objective in this?

Smile Fresh fruit diet

Hi Elastigirl

Going on a just fruit diet sounds great and healthy, but due to the high sugar content you will find very hungry, very quickly. You will also feel light-headed quickly, which is not good. I'm speaking from experience. I lasted 10 days, but it felt like 10 years.
What helped me was adding a raw carrot which added almost no extra calories and because it's low GI and low in sugar it kept the hunger pangs at bay.

Peekaboo.

Default Careful...

You should be over the course of 30 days. Nonetheless, I'm unaware of anyone who's healthy long-term on a fruitarian diet. Stories of lost teeth and worse abound.
