day 2-wow was a challenge i can tell you, though no headaches, just this afternoon I went very cold and very tired. i felt ok making dinner for my family, hunger struck this eveing after my huge energy burst! i cleaned and decluttered 2 rooms, there was no stopping me!it was awesome. had lots of satsuma's today.had some cherries too, they were delish! i am doing this on a budget, but it seems to be working great. i danced this morning and did callanetics,it felt great, exited to do more in the morning. today i started reading ''end the struggle and dance with life'' i am sat here with slight cravings,bt no matter what happens I can handle it

Hi Elastigirl Going on a just fruit diet sounds great and healthy, but due to the high sugar content you will find very hungry, very quickly. You will also feel light-headed quickly, which is not good. I'm speaking from experience. I lasted 10 days, but it felt like 10 years. What helped me was adding a raw carrot which added almost no extra calories and because it's low GI and low in sugar it kept the hunger pangs at bay. Peekaboo. |
