I liked the article. All of them except the last one:

"30) Live For The Moment - Take whatever action you need to “today” to make your dreams come true “tomorrow.” You never know what could happen to your life…"

Though I live by it, I fail to see how this prevents alzheimers

All good ideas but they forgot the most important one:

Eliminate processed foods from your diet and quit Nutrasweet. Aspartame and MSG are deadly poisons in the concentrations foods and drinks contain and our fearless FDA lets food companies rename MSG so that it appears in nearly every processed food item.

Foods that contain hidden MSG are numerous:

How to Find Hidden MSG on Food Labels - Articles

If you think you are safe at the healthfood store, not so much.

The reason these foods were approved for human consumption is that the FDA was mistakenly informed in misleading studies that they do not cross the blood-brain barrier but in-depth studies have shown there are many reasons that they can and do cross the barrier, including simply aging.

If MSG is safe, why did they have to change the name and hide it?
