| Hi Guys I have decided to take up jogging for the first time! To get myself in the habit of going outdoors and to build up some resistance in my legs I am doing a 30 walking challenge to get me started! Because I am the sort of guy who needs encouragement I have created a blog as a way to drive some level of commitment; even if i am only blogging to myself!
