Hi Guys I have decided to take up jogging for the first time! To get myself in the habit of going outdoors and to build up some resistance in my legs I am doing a 30 walking challenge to get me started! Because I am the sort of guy who needs encouragement I have created a blog as a way to drive some level of commitment; even if i am only blogging to myself! Here's some motivation: From couch potato to marathon man in less than a year - Boston Medical News - White Coat Notes - Boston.com If he can do it you can too!! Good luck. Remember that fitness truly is a marathon and not a sprint. REsults come slowly but after time, the results will astound (just watch the biggest loser on tv!) |
