Default Using 30 day Challenge to get Fit (not fat)

Hi Guys

I have decided to take up jogging for the first time!

To get myself in the habit of going outdoors and to build up some resistance in my legs I am doing a 30 walking challenge to get me started!

Because I am the sort of guy who needs encouragement I have created a blog as a way to drive some level of commitment; even if i am only blogging to myself!

Please feel free to drop by and lend me your encouragemetn (or otherwise!)

Good luck. Remember that fitness truly is a marathon and not a sprint. REsults come slowly but after time, the results will astound (just watch the biggest loser on tv!)
