Default 90-minute biphasic schedule anyone tried it?

Hey everyone! I'm a person with big ambitions and I've been putting off the work to achieve those ambitions with the traditional method of saying 'tomorrow..tomorrow..tomorrow' but I think tomorrow has come and gone by now. Anyways I don't want to do anymore than 3 hours of sleep. So I've decided on a 90-minute biphasic sleep schedule 00.00-1.30 and 3.00-4.30 and then maybe a little more on Sundays (uberman not an option and I already tried dymaxion with no success) . So my questions are:

1. Has anyone ever tried something similar to this? if yes how long have you been at it? and how much time do you work on physical and intellectual pursuits

2. For all you science-whizzes out there, is it healthy? And do you get enough REM and SHS sleep? (Obviously you're not experts but try and reason it out if you can)

3. Does anyone know if I am able to use free running sleep once I adapt to this schedule. (at adaption period I need my alarm!)

and finally

4. Does anyone have a cookie? (ok forget it...lol)

Default starting now!!

I've decided I'm going to give it a shot tonight. I slept for around five hours today monophasically and woke up great let's see if it has its toll tonight. And I will be straining my body both physcially and mentally so it'll obviously have more of an imact on me in general. Well...I'm going to try this for 2 weeks...let's hope my I won't get a heart-attack or something (at least I'm hoping for myself!!)
