Default My New Health and Fitness Project

Hey guys, I'm only a few months away from completing my nutritionist studies and I also wanted to start the year off by putting my health and fitness as a priority for me this year.

I decided to launch HealthyFitGuy.com | No More Mr. Fat Guy which is my blog which will track my progress. I've started my cardio and strength training on January 1st, and am planning to implement my new diet within the next few days. I'm just getting organized with that.

I plan on updating my blog with all my results day to day.

My diet will be a combination of everything I learned in my studies to become a nutritionist, also pulling from Dr. Young's pH Miracle Diet + Dr. John Matsen's Diet + Vegan/Vegetarian/Raw Diets, taking teachings from all of them and combining into one.

What do you guys think so far?
