I remember reading this when it first came out, and wanted to revisit your positions with all the positives (and negatives) of moderate UV exposure are in the news (again)

I believe in moderate exposure and have followed Mercola on his site, along with a few others.

i wasn't able to access the article either...but being in healthcare...the whole near epidemic vit d deficiency is directly related to the fear of sun exposure...which affects a myriad other health issues.
