Well, I woke up at 11:40 AM this morning. Not very good. Even so, I'm not going to let this ruin my day. The, question, now, is how much--and when--I should eat for the rest of the day. I had a bowl of oatmeal for 'breakfast' at noon. Now, should I still have two more meals today? I'm guessing at 3 PM, and 6 PM. Thanks in advance, Tasaio |

When you eat three meals, it's because you are active for most of the day and need the energy. If you sleep in, but don't stay up late, you have spend less time awake and thus need less food to keep the engine going. Just have lunch and dinner this time |
