Some headaches are triggered by hormones. Ask your female friends.

All very true. For me all I had to do was cut out the bad food. And I know this because if I get garlic fries at the game, I get a headache for a while. Other than that I haven't had a headache since I stopped eating the things you mentioned. And I can still eat most junk food, hamburgers, hot dogs, mexican and chinese fast food, without getting headaches. I never go to any major chains though, only local places.
