I maximize the release of growth hormone. There are many ways I do this:
  • intermittent fasting
  • going to bed on an empty stomach
  • getting plenty of deep sleep
  • intense weight lifting and sprints on an empty stomach
  • limiting a workout to 40 minutes
  • not eating for a while after a workout
  • maintaining low blood sugar
