Default 30 Day 1 Hour Morning Walk Trial

Hi All,
My goal isn't anything too exciting, just to walk one hour (at least) each day.

I want to wake up and first thing I do will be get dressed and go out for a brisk walk.

I have my days free right now and I find that I've been getting up and hopping on the computer, staying in my pajamas until the afternoon...and with the cold winter weather moving in it's even more tempting to just stay inside. So I need to snap out of that and get dressed and get outside first thing in the morning to try to keep out of the quicksand of lethargy.

I'm going to start today even though my walk will be in the afternoon, and tomorrow I plan to start to walk first thing in the morning.

That's terrific! The past two weeks, I've done just that, and I love it. I only do it for 45 minutes though, and I only go out there 20 minutes after I wake up, but I absolutely love it!
