Have any of you guys heard of the one-day arm attack? Basically, you work your biceps and triceps like crazy for one whole day. Some people have reported increases of 1 inch but I have a hard time believing that, but 3/8 inch is apparently quite common which is amazing for one day's training. Anyway, I'm prepared to put it to the test and I'd love to get others on board. It works like this: Quote:
